Bright, shiny green color, it is an oil with an intense fruity flavor of fresh olive and a great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas, with green banana, almond and green tomatoes standing out. It is voluminous and well-structured in the mouth, with great expressiveness, sweet and slightly spicy. A well-balanced oil is elegant both in the nose and in the mouth. Almond aftertaste.

An exceptional Arbequino where the delicacy of the aromas of this variety is mixed with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruity fresh olive, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed among the characteristic fruity notes of the Arbequino; highlights the almond, apple and ripe banana. Its passage in the mouth is progressive, with a soft and delicate entrance, a very light bitter aftertaste and something more noticeable the spicy presence. It is harmonic and with an almond aftertaste.

In the nose, complex fruity aromas of fruits, vegetables and dried fruit; green apple, kiwi, almond, pinions, rucula leaf and cypress, with a toasted touch providing great delicacy altogether. In the mouth, it is perceived the same olfactory progression; sweet at the beginning where emerge again the apple and kiwi. It is vegetable in the center and balsamic at the end. Elegant bitter and soft spicy well balanced. Almond aftertaste.

Medium-high fruity green olive with ripe notes of fresh fruits. At the beginning, the vegetable tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana standing out, with hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, peppermint and blackberry. In the mouth, it is elegant and sweet at the beginning, remembering the aromas perceived in the nose. It is slightly bitter and spicy progressive until deep in your throat. Medium structure and well balanced.
