Q-Nonwovens BV is a professional organization specialized in nonwovens and nonwoven-based products such as spunbonded nonwovens, meltblown nonwovens and needlepunched nonwovens based the following raw materials: Polypropelene (PP), Polyester (PET) and Bioplastic (PLA). Applications are: QNW Gardening: weedcontrol fabric, geotextile, rootbarrier QNW Water Gardening: stoneliner, underlayment QNW Industrial: secundairy carpet backing, laminates, cable QNW Medical: disposable face masks and respiratory face masks Early February Q-Nonwovens started up its own production of face masks at our factory in Hong Kong and in China. We produce the following type of face masks: •Disposable face mask, 3-ply with earloop, with CE mark and certificate of conformity, Type II according to EN 14683, BFE ≥98%, 50 pieces per box •Respiratory face mask KN95 according to norm GB2626-2006, 20 pieces per box Our production capacity for the disposable face masks is 200.000 pcs per day and for respiratory face masks 50.000 pcs per day.
