Wij zijn op zoek gegaan naar de unieke smaaksensatie van deze traditionele op de boerderij bereide kaas én hebben deze specialiteit gevonden bij oer-Hollandse boeren in het groene hart rondom Gouda. De boeren leveren hun kaas direct aan ons pakhuis, u koopt dus ambachtelijke kaas bij de bron! Omdat de smaak van deze op de boerderij bereide kaas zo uitgesproken vol-romig en pittig is, hebben we hem Naturamel genoemd. Dit komt doordat de koeien in sappige weiden tussen de sloten van de waard grazen, welke rijk zijn aan klavers, paardenbloemen, kruiden en vooral frisgroen gras! De natuurlijke rijping in ons pakhuis geschiedt ambachtelijk op grenenhouten planken. Ons kwaliteit- en voedselveiligheidssysteem waarborgt een kritische productcontrole, hygiënisch werken alsmede de traceerbaarheid van grondstoffen en eindproducten.
