    Good Beans is part-cafe, part-specialty bean shop, part-local art space, and part-living room, all packed into the ground floor of a cozy, old Amsterdam townhouse. We are located in the center of Amsterdam, a 10min walk from Central Station. We roast our coffee just across the river in Amsterdam Noord. Our mission is to make ethically-sourced specialty coffee more approachable through our signature brand Fucking Strong Coffee. We believe in sourcing and branding specialty coffee in more creative and impactful ways. Just like our coffee cans stand out on the shelves, our attitudes also aim to stand out from the industry. We strive to be ethical innovators. That’s why we work with coffee origin partners in Rwanda and Nicaragua who empower women, invest strategically in their community members, and think more critically about what long-term sustainability really looks like. How we source, how we partner, how we brand -- it’s all part of a broader mission to bring ethical specialty coffee to more people.     Dave's Koffiebranderij is een ambachtelijke branderij die vers gebrande koffiebonen levert aan consumenten, bedrijven en horeca. Naast koffie hebben we meer dan 40 soorten losse kwaliteits thee en mooie bean to bar chocolade. Waarom zou je nog slecht smakende koffie drinken, wanneer we lekkere single orign koffie hebben of een mooie blend, goed voor espresso, cappucino maar ook gewoon als een goede kop koffie. Onze thee smaakt beter dan de gewone theezakjes thee, mooie losse thee. Van klassieke smaken, zoals Earl Grey tot gearomatiseerde thee zoals onze Lovely Pink Lady (een groene thee met rozenblaadjes). Van al onze koffie weten we waar deze vandaan komt, welke coöperatie of welke boer deze geproduceerd heeft. Voor ons is het belangrijk te weten dat de boeren een eerlijk bedrag voor de koffie ontvangen hebben, onze koffies zijn Fairtrade of meer (de boeren ontvangen dan een hoger bedrag dan de Fairtrade prijs). Ons streven is dat onze producten biologisch geproduceerd zijn, al komt smaak op de eerste plaats. Een certificaat is voor ons van minder belang, we horen liever van de producent hoe zij met hun product en omgeving omgaan.
