Deze producten voldoen aan de strenge Europese voorwaarden, hebben een zeer exclusief design, zijn voorzien van de laatste technische snufjes en worden tegen scherpe prijzen aangeboden.Geschiedenis van SaloraDe historie begint in 1928 in Salo (Finland), waar de heren Nordell en Koskinen kristalontvangers bouwden voor de nieuwe Finse radiozender. Snel volgden andere radio’s met batterijvoeding en in 1930 met netvoeding. In 1945, na de Tweede Wereldoorlog, werd het bedrijf omgedoopt tot SALORA O.Y. De naam was een combinatie van de stad SALO en het product RAdio. SALORA groeide en met 300 mensen werden jaarlijks 15.000 radio’s geproduceerd.In 1957 startte SALORA met de productie van televisies en in het begin van de zeventiger jaren werden met 2.000 mensen 1.000 TV’s per dag geproduceerd. Eind vijftiger jaren werd begonnen met draadloze telefoons voor het leger en de spoorwegen. In 1966 kwam ook de export van TV’s naar Zweden op gang. Eind jaren 70 was 60% van de productie bestemd voor export. Begin 2006 wordt SALORA overgenomen door Salora International BV. Salora International BV heeft diverse partners in Europa.
