Op het gebied van PCB assemblage biedt de KUK Group SMD en THT assemblagelijnen, waar we produceren volgens de eisen van de klant. Voor kwaliteitsinspectie gebruiken we geautomatiseerde optische inspectiesystemen (AOI), een röntgenapparaat en handmatige optische inspectie. De KUK Group assembleert printplaten die in de meest uiteenlopende toepassingen gebruikt worden. Als klantspecifieke productiepartner bieden wij ook bij de printplaatassemblage onze bekende individuele en hoogwaardige service. Dit geldt ook ook voor kleine series.
