Customer deals in the machinery business, especially in the automotive and fastener industry，they offer complete solutions in respect of providing system and spare parts to the customers in Turkey. This customer has various kinds of material and a larger size range, the longest screw to be 70mm, 4 or 9 or 15 or 38, or 176 pcs per bag and required high counting accuracy. We suggest 9 hoppers at least for this customer with a PE bag machine.each hopper table with moving casters, so when the customer needs to pack A product then move the A hopper close to the packing machine, pack B then move A hopper away and move the B hopper close to the machine instead, no need middle conveyor, no need complicate machine system, save cost and room space.

This customer purchased one set Case erector, 1.5M no power roll belt for manually loading product in case then sending to semi-automatic case sealer for box sealing. The label machine was without a constant-speed belt and guide rod, we try to put the label machine beside the 1.5M no power roll belt,worke moved the case for labeling after loading. The problem is manual moving speed and position are not fixed, then the signal received and sent by the labeling machine sensor is unstable, and the labeling position on the case is different finally. Our engineer tries to put the signal sensor at the entrance of the case sealer machine, labeling when the sealer the case. Because the case sealer with 2 sides guidelines and a power roll belt to fix the case moving speed and position, the label position on the case is relatively fixed. Where possible, we suggest the label machine with its own special belt, convenient and stable performance.

This is our customer from Ukraine who is specialized in security systems like Intrusion protection, Fire detection, Water leak prevention, Comfort & Productivity. They need one machine to pack the different kinds of kit into bags. There is a total of about 20 different kinds of spare parts, and about 17 kinds of different kits,1~8 kinds of different parts in the same bag, so means the machine should be very dexterous free combination faster when changeover for different kit bags. So we recommend our below machine 16 hoppers with middle conveyor and small packing machine.Each hopper independently works and you can control them via a touch screen, so easily combine the different hopper work or not pack different kits at different times. There are some parts difficult to count by the hopper so we add a one-meter manual work table, and workers can put the part into the machine for packing.
