Ethanol is a sustainable resource that is crucial for many sectors and applications as a solvent, flavour enhancer, disinfectant, or preservative. At Nedstar, we supply customers with food-, cosmetics-, industry-, pharmaceutical-, and electronics-grade ethyl alcohol. Choose between many raw materials such as sugar cane, wheat, and other grains, and various denaturants when purchasing denatured alcohol. Nedstar takes its corporate social responsibility seriously and wants to make a positive impact environmentally, socially, and economically. Our ethanol is largely made from a residual stream from the sugar industry and our suppliers are carefully selected based on strict fairness and sustainability criteria. Nedstar offsets significantly more CO2 than its impact, being the only ethanol supplier to do so in this way. We have also committed ourselves to various CSR initiatives relevant to our relationships with suppliers, customers, and the planet, such as Tree Nation, IMO 2020 and The Green Intelligence.
