De drielaagse SMS non-woven medische stof met een juist gekozen materiaalsamenstelling, waardoor het unieke eigenschappen krijgt. Positieve bacteriële filtratietests van meer dan 98% zorgen ervoor dat de SMS non-woven stof gekenmerkt wordt door een lage permeabiliteit van onzuiverheden en vloeistoffen. Het biedt een vrije luchtstroom - de structuur van de non-woven stof maakt het een ademend materiaal dat wordt gekenmerkt door slijtvastheid en scheurvastheid. De polypropyleen nonwovens die Bermed aanbiedt bestaan uit meerdere lagen spunbond en meltblown vezels, die flexibiliteit, gevoeligheid voor draperen en antibacteriële bescherming garanderen.

Chirurgisch schort / operatiepak gemaakt van waterdichte SMS nonwoven stof en biedt een hoog gebruikscomfort dankzij de geïntegreerde brede ribboorden van zachte stof die zich aanpassen aan de pols. De beschermjas heeft een universele maat die gemakkelijk kan worden aangepast aan het silhouet van de gebruiker. Bij de constructie van de operatieschort zijn twee niet-geweven tapes gebruikt als sluitingen. Daarnaast wordt de operatieschort in de nek vastgemaakt met klittenband. De medische non-woven stof die wordt gebruikt voor de productie beperkt het directe contact met ziektekiemen, stof of vloeistoffen. Toepassing: bescherming tegen schadelijke externe factoren, het kan worden gebruikt als een wegwerpschort, cosmetisch schort en medisch schort.

De niet-geweven stof voor de productie van schoeisel wordt gekenmerkt door technische eigenschappen, waardoor het gebruik ervan in verschillende vormen in schoeisel comfortabel is. Wij bieden een niet-geweven stof, die wordt gemaakt in processen die het duurzaamheid en elasticiteit geven. Wij passen het basisgewicht en de grootte van het product aan de individuele eisen van de klant aan.

Non-woven stof voor de productie van matrassen wordt gebruikt om de veren te beschermen. Het voorkomt dat de matras vervormt, is zacht en maakt een ergonomische houding van de figuur tijdens het rusten of slapen mogelijk. Om dezelfde redenen wordt niet-geweven stof gebruikt bij de productie van gestoffeerde meubelen, waarin het ook bijdraagt tot het gebruikscomfort.

Thermobonding, pure lijmhechting, directe verlijming - afhankelijk van je specificaties kunnen we kleefstoffen op papier en textiel aanbrengen met verschillende processen. De innovatieve, duurzame oplossing voor jouw behoeften: - Thermobonding: We brengen een door warmte geactiveerde lijmbasis aan. De dikte varieert afhankelijk van het gekozen materiaal en de technische beperkingen. In veel gevallen geldt: hoe dunner het te coaten substraat, hoe meer het door warmte wordt geactiveerd. - Zuivere lijmverbindingen: Ideaal voor het stollen en verstevigen van een structuur, met een hoge weerstand tegen elke omgeving.

Vliesstof voor gestoffeerde meubelen is verkrijgbaar in verschillende afmetingen, afgestemd op de individuele behoeften van onze klanten. Het wordt gebruikt tussen het schuim en de veren, als basislaag om de veersystemen vast te zetten en als bescherming van scherpe meubelranden. Non-woven stof voor de productie van gestoffeerde meubelen is gemaakt van synthetische vezels met een hoge stijfheid en sterkte. Daardoor vervormt het verwerkte materiaal niet en biedt het tegelijkertijd comfort tijdens het gebruik.

Non woven is een zacht maar sterk materiaal. Het vlies materiaal voelt aan als stof maar is iets stugger. Een ideaal materiaal om kledinghoezen van te maken. Het non woven materiaal is standaard leverbaar in 25 kleuren, maar is eventueel ook op kleur voor u te maken. Door het combineren van de verschillende materiaalkleuren kunt u een eigentijdse en luxe kledinghoes maken. Zo kunt u bijvoorbeeld de biesjes en de draaglussen matchen met de opdrukkleur of juist kiezen voor een andere kleur voor een speels effect. De non woven kledinghoezen kunnen worden voorzien van een ritssluiting en eyelet zodat de hoezen gemakkelijk dubbel gevouwen kunnen worden over de kledinghanger. Naast de standaard uitvoering kunt u de hoezen ook voorzien van een extra transparant insteekvenster voor bijvoorbeeld een visitekaartje of klantnaam, extra draaglussen of banden over de tassen.
